The study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by using methods a) observation, b) interviews and c) documentation. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the headmaster of the madrasa uses a democratic leadership style and has performed its role as a madrasa leader in improving teacher performance by making plans and implementation through coaching and development. This type of research is quantitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The population in this study included all students of SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga, totaling 1,101 students. As for the focus population is only limited to class XI, amounting to 365 students. The sampling technique was a random sampling of 55 students. Retrieval of data used is to use a questionnaire and documentation. Planning learning supervision, 2. Implementation of learning supervision, 3. The relationship between planning and implementing learning supervision. Supervision of Madrasah Principal Learning is basically a servant activity for teachers conducted by madrasah principals for coaching teachers especially to improve the quality of learning. As an impact of increasing the quality of learning can certainly also increase student learning achievement and that means increasing the quality of madrasah graduates themselves. So that supervision of learning of teachers is expected to be carried out on an ongoing basis so that the teacher's pedagogical competence can increase. The research method used by researchers in conducting this research is descriptive qualitative method, in which the researcher describes and analyzes the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of learning supervision conducted by the headmaster in Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of learning supervision has been effective because the headmaster of madrasas when supervising learning refers to the planning program that has been created to improve teacher pedagogical competence.</p> <p><strong>Key words: </strong>Learning Supervision, Madrasah Head Learning Supervision, Teacher's Pedagogical Competencies</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad Kabupaten Karawang dilihat dari aspek: 1. Perencanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 2. Pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran, 3. Hubungan antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran. Supervisi Pembelajaran Kepala Madrasah pada dasarnya suatu kegiatan pelayan untuk guru yang dilakukan kepala madrasah untuk pembinaan kepada guru khususnya agar kualitas pembelajarannya meningkat. Sebagai dampak meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran tentu dapat meningkat pula prestasi belajar siswa dan itu berarti meningkatlah kualitas lulusan madrasah itu sendiri. Sehingga supervisi pembelajaran terhadap guru diharapkan dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan agar kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat meningkat. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah Ghoyatul Jihad. An effort is needed to control the negative influences of media. Students can access media easily and they need filter to get the good source of information from media. This goal can be reached with media literacy education.This research finds that in 12 years, mainstream and new media in Lampung grows rapidly. Beside national media that distribute in Lampung, there are also local/provincial media as well as local and national TV, radio stations, e-news and social medias. High schools in Lampung Province especially Bandarlampung have already applied media literacy lesson as a part of Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) course and given to students at the last semester. In SMAN 1 Bandarlampung the media literacy focuses on information and communication technology (ICT). This in one chapter of Bahasa Indonesia course under a title Media Literacy, but only focuses on ICT. The method in this study is interview the school civities namely teacher and students. Diperlukan upaya untuk mengendalikan pengaruh negatif media karena pelajar mudah mengakses media sehingga perlu filter untuk mendapatkan sumber informasi yang baik dari media. Tujuan penerlitian ini untuk pencapaian pendidikan literasi media. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam 12 tahun, media massa tumbuh pesat di Lampung. Selain media nasional yang beredar di Lampung, ada juga media lokal tingkat provinsi serta TV lokal dan nasional, stasiun radio, e-news dan media sosial. Sekolah menengah di Provinsi Lampung, khususnya Bandarlampung telah menerapkan pelajaran literasi media sebagai bagian dari matapelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesia) dan diberikan kepada siswa pada semester terakhir. Di SMAN 1 Bandarlampung, literasi media fokus pada teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Tepatnya, pada bab tentang Literasi Media di matapelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dengan pihak sekolah yaitu guru dan siswa. In adulthood (35-45 years) has a population of 31.6%. Murotal Qur’an therapy can reduce blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. This study aims to determine the effect of murotal Qur’an therapy to the decrease of blood pressure in people with hypertension in the work area of UPT Puskesmas Bernung Pesawaran district in 2020. The design of this study is Quasy Experimental with pretest-prosttest design research design. The population in this study was hypertension sufferers in the Work Area of the UPT Puskesmas Bernung, Pesawaran Regency. The number of samples in this study were 10 people in the rare river village. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used was a time series paired t-test. The results of the study obtained the results (p value 0,000), meaning that there is a murotal effect of the Qur'an on the reduction of blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Work Area of the UPT Health Center in Bernung Pesawaran District in 20020. The background behind the education skills is an effort to Islamic schools in responding to the needs of people who want learners to have not only capabilityin science but also in skills for the provision of life in the community.
